Been a slow bass bite this last week, limits for four on Monday, five for four on Wednesday and only two keepers on Saturday with a bunch shakers on every trip, the bite is a slow "tap tap" and I've been tellin'em swing on the small bites, remember, you can't hit the ball if you don't swing the bat. As far as the Sturgeon bite goes, its been slow up above Chain Island and surrounding areas, the best bite I've heard about is down below in the Big Cut area with roe and eel working best. The bass have been all on shad. I have lots of openings available, Untill then, GET BENT !! |
